Denominations

One Lune is 10⁹ base units. Amounts are integers end to end, so two nodes cannot disagree in the last bit.

Emission parameters belong in the genesis block rather than a config file, and there is no genesis block yet. These figures are illustrative.

Where a block reward goes

  • 60%Split equally across the committee
  • 25%Proportional to TBS / TGW weight
  • 15%Proportional to the operational bond

Plus a hard ceiling: no member takes more than three times a newcomer's base share. The remainder of the flat bucket's integer division is burned — at most one base unit per member per block, identical on every node.

Fees

The relationship between transaction fees and the 60/25/15 reward split is undefined in the specification and is recorded as needing to be defined. This page will not pretend otherwise.
